I purchased the 12ct Red Box, and to be honest with you- it was a waste of money...The whole product is made of poster board. The box, the inserts, the "lid"... The parts don't properly fit together, the box is extremely hard to put together if you don't have an ounce of background in origami, and the small inserts for your product don't even fit the measurements of the box. Do not waste your time and money. I know a product for this particular design is hard to find, but PLEASE don't buy this one...

Update- Seller resent the package that was missing. Give it 5 stars for excellent customer service. I know how hard that can be.Product is 3-4 stars. Im in the pastry business and trying out new vendors for small production chocolate bonbons. These came today. No instructions. The images on this page don't match the actual product. Nevertheless, got it together. Red out carton is not a box, but a wrap. No string and no stickers included even though description says so. Overall decent product, but time consuming to assemble - imagine doing 100 for an event, it would take hours. You will need to add a food safe paper lining to cover the top of the chocolates and find a way to bind the outer box as nothing is supplied.

I was worried about the assembly of these boxes but it was pretty easy to figure out. The outer case (red) is thinner than I was hoping. It is more like construction paper than cardboard. In addition, you have to find an adhesive (tape or glue) to close the red cover. It is not made with a peel-and-stick strip to close the red cover, which would have been nice. Would I order again, yes because of the price. (Note: tissue, stickers and string do not come in the package. You have to order separately)

I am a professional pastry chef, looking for boxes to start a business. I like the look of these, much more than others. The boxes come without instructions, which is a bit annoying but not unexpected (you never get them in wholesale). What I found really annoying was that when folded correctly, the paper cups didn't fit correctly. I trimmed down all the inner edges, and that got everything back in line. The paper is pretty good quality, and they do look really nice when they are done. I would order again if I thought the cut out was going to be better, but I am not looking to spend all my time trimming boxes.To all the comments saying it doesn't come with the elastic and gold sticker: duh. Read the description. You get the box, that is all.

Instructions to put together are impossible to figure out (3 people tried),

HiVery misleading. I knew that the ribbon and stickers didn’t come with the boxes. The description says nothing about not including the liner or the chocolate cups. I purchased these so I didn’t have to buy the chocolate cups separately. I will probably be returning. Yes, they look nice, but now having to purchase the cups on top of the price of the boxes is quite expensive and annoying!

Im starting a chocolate business, and have been looking thru a ton of boxes, and packaging. These are by far the most sturdy, and functional then all the other ones. Yes it doesn't come with directions, but its not that hard to figure out. The only thing that I did not like was the picture is misleading. I thought it came with the string and sticker, but It wasn't the end of the worldLOVE LOVE LOVE
