Fabulous Product !! Great Build Quality and design. Removable base plates enable you to steam dumplings and also IDLIS (if you have the idli stands) and anything else you wish. Large Capacity so one can make dim sums for a whole family of 5 :) Excellent for both Western Steaming, Indian Steaming and Chinese Steaming needs. I bought it to steam dim sums :)

Does not work with induction cooker
Good quality and sturdy but beware, it does not work on Induction Cooker. Seller was very supportive but end of the day, it passes the magnet test, but does not induce heat through the base.
