Why you mentioned its "1800 mg of Fenugreek in Each Capsule" were its 250 mg

It didn't work on me I was eagerly waiting to try it but it didnt work idk 😢

I was really nervous to use this product after ordering because of all of the bad reviews, but i went ahead and took a chance that it would work for me. Im so happy that i gave this a try. It makes such a big difference in my milk supply. I take 2 capsules at night before bed. The days i forget i definitely noticed that i would pump barely 3 oz combined from both breasts after feeding my child. I usually don't forget to take this and those days after feeding my child i pump 6+ oz combined. To me its definitely worth it and i am so happy i tried this product. It's stressful breastfeeding and wanting to establish milk supply so i wanted to leave my honest review and hopefully help some other mom's out there.

This is a must Buy!!! I just had my 4th baby with my others nothing worked and I would only pump and feed maybe 2 oz and my Supply never went up. With my new baby I looked for soemthing and found this got it very quickly and I seen more milk the 1st day. I take 3 pills a day one in AM, afternoon and PM, I am now breastfeeding him from one side and pumping fron the other and getting some times up to 6oz together sometimes more sometimes less just depends but I do get alot more than I was I freeze what I pump. He only about to be 2 months so im pumping more then he eats but I'm starting a stock pile for when he will be going to early per school in a few weeks so I can just send a bunch. This worked amazing for me, and I think its worth a try! I won't try anything else and will only take this for now on. Im hoping to breastfeed/pump untill he One!

Smells like maple which I don't mine.. It definitely helped with lacation. Initially, took 1 capsule a day because I heard it can dry your supply. I gradually increased to 3 capsules a day when I saw a slight increase in my supply. Initially, my output was 2 ounces per pumping session and now it is up to 8 ounces per session since using the Upspring Milkflow capsules.
