I began taking Choles-T in August 2016 after a recommendation from a close friend whose husband significantly reduced his cholesterol reading after only a few weeks taking this supplement. I have taken as directed since then with a few missed doses here and there. My cholesterol reading from March 2016 to the next reading in November 2016 dropped 51 points! Yes, I did also add an exercise routine 3-4 x week (nothing real strenuous) and tried to somewhat watch what I ate. But I have to believe that the Choles-T played a large role in the greatly improved readings (and no side effects experienced whatsoever). My cholesterol had been going steadily up for the last several years and the doctor was ready to put me on medication. She is very pleased with this current lab result and does not feel any medical intervention is needed at this time - will recheck in 6 months. I'm thrilled!

These pills work very well.

Naturally brings cholesterol down. They put my husband on a statin drug and he didn't mention it to me. He was having severe muscle pain to the point where he went to work, came home and didn't do anything b/c it was so painful. It was a severe side effect to the drug that his doctor didn't tell him about or even check with him on visits about. When I saw the drug in his cabinet, I knew what the problem was. He went off the drug immediately and we replaced his statin drug with this. No more debilitating muscle pain and his numbers are going down.

I been taking this product for a year now and taking 3 capsules daily without a skip. When I went to my doctors physical he told me my cholesterol was slightly higher and put me on Statins. I was disappointed that it did not do the job. Perhaps they need to increase the strength of the red yeast rice.

My LDL was high and the doctor wanted me to be on Statin. I went to a local organic store and they recommended me to take Choles-T. I took one capsule a day instead of thrice and got my cholesterol tested after 2 months. My LDL dropped 60 points. I ate all healthy and increased my walk while taking this. My weight reduced by 15 pounds in 2 months. I bought more from Amazon. Again going to get my cholesterol tested in a month. I never took Statin and Cholesterol is fine now.

Long story short, high cholesterol, started to take these and in one month went down over 50 points. Obviously do your own due diligence. I say try very little downside.
