I really like different strains of herbal tea, so easy to make and has great health benefits . For humans Lucerne is easily digested, the sprouts of the harvest, naturally harvested long before becoming a fully grown plant.It is a good tea in regards supporting ladies menopause, I use it as also has a high content of antioxidants, vitamin C and K, copper, folate and magnesium.In the images, I have shown how I make herbal tea. I personally do not like herbal steams and leaves in my drink. I usually put a couple of teaspoons in a measuring jug, poor boiled water. Leave for 3-5 minutes and give it a stir. Then I popped a strainer over my glass mug and sieve the herbs. Have a taste, add sugar or sweetener to taste if needed. Tastes nicer than black tea and this tea just putting a couple of teaspoons in is on the weaker side, that if you do it, the way I made it. Next time I may add another spoon. There is a scent of freshness, smells of a kind of tea, without perfume smells. Better to use glass mugs if you can for specialist teas. Tastes better and oozes flavour.
