Good for your first survival book.
Good book to read. If you have any other survival books, they cover all the topics this book lists. I like it because I enjoy reading about survival, but if you are looking to this book for information you have not previously read, don't buy it. It is great if this is your first book, as it cover great topics and has great tips for the beginner.

NOT the REAL Military Manual
This is not a real Army military manual, but a book the publisher made and placed the Army name on it. No real Army manuals has a book cover that looks like this. Also they claim to have all of this information in it with 105 b/w illustrations and the book is only 112 pages. There are very good real military manuals on Amazon, buy the real deal.

Value for Volume excellent / Für das Volumen unschlagbar
If you can only carry very little extra weight and bulk, can not predict where you might end and when you might need it-the book is excellent. For a real combat Situation I would prefer to have my trusty (German) Reibert with me. But its much more weight. And combat should be a none Issue to most. The little booklet will prevent you from killing yourself with ventures that "seemed a good idea at that point" and will give you time to figure out what is really to be done. As a beginners book very good as a start to survival, less so for the advanced.
