Overall good product
I been using it for almost 2 years now, its a good jug with quality material. Filters can be expensive but my tap water is potable so I usually replace after 3 months. my biggest complain would be the cover which has to be removed everytime jug has to be filled, instead of any opening in it. if you have large family after some time it gets annoying, for single person its managable.
