Waste of time and effort
I didn't see any difference after using it for 3 months, twice a day.

FitHeat muscle stimulator
I tried this device few times, it works well, easy to use and recharge.Only issue is you have to be tolerant to electric shocks especially the biceps one because you will feel bit uncomfortable initially and weird feeling. the one for the abdomen was not that bad though i went up to 9 with it

Its massage needs to be stronger
It looks so useless. My massage is very light

I did professional ems training for a long time then bought this for home use and i love it.very flexible and comfortable . gives great results if combined with workout and healthy diet.
