Hope it lasts longer than the last ine
These are not cheap kettles and the last (and fancier Kitchenaid with water gauge and temperature adjustment) lasted all of 5 years, until it did what cheaper models do - leak from the gauge. Opted for the simpler model, minus gauge, and don’t like it as much as one can’t adjust the temperature, but not prepared to fork out again. Much noisier. So much for getting what you pay for!

Not quite as good as it looks
All round good kettle But if you try and poor to quickly boiling hot water squirts out I would not have kept it if I had kids in the house

Buy a KitchenAid product at your peril
This Kettle was fine until it went wrong, but trying to get KitcehnAid to respond to my issue is next to impossible. Their website sends you around in circles, with no way of actually contacting service/repair details. They are clearly one of those companies that are all about the 'customer sales' and nothing about 'customer service'.If you want peace of mind and your warranty to be worth anything, BUY ANOTHER BRAND!!!
