Works great, good customer service
This this was pretty impressive. It did exactly what i bought it for. Great hot water for washing hands and in sure it would do more that just that. It did develop a leak but the company is working to replace the product. I am hoping it was just a fluke.

Poor instructions but works well
The water heater is compact in size and can easily be mounted or placed under the sink or other location. It does come with some items necessary for hooking it up but for the most part, you will need to purchase the necessary plumbing items. The connections on the heater are 1/2 inch and it comes with a pressure relief valve and a small plastic line for the relief valve. The instructions with the heater are very much lacking and were not useable. Most of it doesn't make sense and the pictures provided did not offer much help. It does seem that the relief valve connection should have rubber washers for it. I attempted the connection with plumbers tape but it still leaked. I then made a washer to fit and was able to get it to stop leaking.I installed the heater in the garage and as a standalone under the sink. The power cord is fairly short and will only work if there is a power outlet under the sink. Normally this is not an issue as most kitchens will have this. Once the connections were set, the water heater filled up quickly. The power knob is easy to use and understand. There is a distinct click when turned on. The tank lights up red when the water is heating up and turns blue when it is cooling down. When turned about half way up, the water was plenty hot coming out. The tank does heat up quickly and while it is a small tank, it does not take long for the water to heat back up.Overall, it is a nice little unit and works well under light usage. It does require additional hoses or adapters to directly hook up to a sink as most sinks are a 3/8 line and the tank is a 1/2 inch so if installing yourself, plan ahead.

Surprised with this water heater…
So at first sight this water heater is more on the basic side ( not an issue ) however makes one curious on the components on the inside. Opening this unit up and I was very surprised…Everything inside this unit looks very nicely put together. Good solder joints, good cable management, components, really nice beefy temperature adjuster dial. Just really nicely put together. The only major downfall with this unit is in included pressure relief valve and hose. It seems a little cheap and in my experience those aren’t a good idea to go budget on. ( I will be buying and installing a replacements later)Overall really nice unit. It is deep so double check if you have the space. Worth a look!

Perfect for my camper van
I built out my van as a camper and I thought it would be okay without hot water... wrong. Hot water is not a luxury, it is a necessity. This little water heater is perfect for me. I was able to install it quickly under the sink with pex. My electrical system is solar based and this doesn't tax it. It heats up quickly and provides plenty of hot water for me, I mean you couldn't take a shower with it, but since I don't have a shower in my van, that's not a problem. I'm really happy with this water heater.

Heats fast and was well priced.
I needed a very small electric hot water heater and tank combo for my RV for under the sink use to get hot water for dish washing. The small capacity tank is perfect because water heads fast and I’m not carrying large amounts of hot water. When I don’t have electricity I use a heat exchanger plumbed into my rigs heater system to circulate hot water into the tank for holding and use later. You can even take a short shower in 2ish gallons of hot water if you don’t linger. Not sure about replacement heating elements. Not sure if they’re standard or not. Will do that research. Easy to install and super simple.
