Very well put together, lots of information from a doctor who truly knows nutrition and great recipes at the end of the book

A good read easy to follow as well as implement
Everything I have read so far makes poefect sense.Things I have tried so far are easy to follow. I bought the hard back version & expect to be using it continually far a long time.I would recommend it to anyone who genuinly cares about their health.

Paperback very small writing
I ordered the paperback version as it was cheaper but returned it as the writing was much smaller than on the hardcover version (makes sense since the book is much smaller). It’s a very well written book, makes a lot of sense but there are no pictures with the recipes and the book is all black and white.

I have enjoyed reading this book and I am in the process of trying some of the recipes.

Read it and weep
Omg .Ive reserched holilstic and organic food for years .As i suffer from many chronic diseases.Including ME and Fibro, Heart and Kidney disease.and moreIve trained myself for years on nurtritian.I used to work as a chef until i retired.I buy and eat, the best organic meat and fruits and veg nuts seeds.I never use a microwave.Cook from scratch twice a day!I dont drink alchohol, and i dont eat sugar or yeast or dairy.Im intolorant to eggs ,yeast and allergic to Casin the protein in all dairy products.I never eat take out either.I thought after 25 years of research ,and my lifes work really.That id cracked it.I cant do vigourous excersise, but do a walk every day ,and some streaching and a bit of weight training.Energy levels permitting.But oh god how wrong i was.Hes got the answer.This nutritarian diet can and does reverse disease.Its opitimal for your hormones abd ever other aspect of your health.I havent implamented it yet as im only on chapter 3.But the case histories are proof enough.Read it and weep.

A new way of living
You literally are what you eat and your environment. I like the recipes so know what is good to eat..not just what can't eat. I signed up to his emails which are helpful
