I got his because it shows a picture of a ferret. Needed something bigger for mine. Sealy Booth fits right between those bars. Having to put chicken wire around it to keep him in.Otherwise it's roomy and can hang multiple hammocks....

Kitty likes it but I’m worried the shelves won’t last. My cat is ten lbs not a chonky kitty by any means. The top shelf is already bowing. They could have reinforced these a little. The ladders don’t fit the way they do in the picture and some panels arrived bent. The box was completely open when I got it and the coating on one side of the cage is very rough and broken in spots. I got this to give our little stray who adopted us a place of his own when he’s done playing with the kids and when I’m cooking or there’s a lot of foot traffic through the door but I’m worried it’ll give out before long. Also zip ties are needed to make it feel sturdy. The plastic connectors are ok but a zip tie around the middle of each connector really makes it wiggle less. One clip on the hammock was broken off completely making it useless. Very disappointed.

Assembling the cage was fairly easy with the instructions... till I got to the top part. It wouldn't fit no matter what I tried! The cage itself is sturdyish.Did I need to use zip ties to finish it? Yes.Was it a big deal? No.Honestly its a wonderful cage, just add some zip ties at the end to reinforze it. I didn't use the stairs, cats aren't like us humans lol, they dont need them and it may even be unconfortable to maneuver around those to them. So I simply kept them off. I reinforzed the corners and middle points with zip ties and also the little beds. Not complaining one bit because the cage is awesome BUT!ADD zip ties to the initial materials & maybe some locks so strangers wont be able to open the cage if its on your front porch.

I purchased this to allow my new kitty to "go" outside. I live in an apartment with a small patio and when I sit outside she would sit at the window and meow. Now, first thing in the morning I have to open the patio door when she goes to the window in the door and "asks" to go outside. I have it placed so that she can walk right into it. Since the unit had no wheels on it and I wanted to pull it to the door and allow her access or move it further out when we are both outside, my talented daughter installed a set of casters on it. We did have to change out the screws which came with the casters so that we could install them down through the bottom of the cage rather than up from the bottom but it worked perfectly and looks professional. I would suggest they add wheels to make it mobile. It took her a while to feel comfortable going from level to level since it is a little shakey but not unsafe at all. Not crazy about the hammock and removed it. Just add toys and a nice carpet (I used a door mat that she loves to scratch on) and you're in business. All the neighbors stop to speak to her and think it's a great idea. I also purchased a magnetic screen which helps keep the bugs and dust out. I think this was a great investment.

Got outdoor playground for kitty. She seems to like it. Easy set up.. I didn't like the idea of paying almost $40 for shipping.

I would recommend this item for a light weight pet.

This cage would have been perfect, but it is not as described also came damaged. It is unsafe for my pet. I would steer clear of this seller.**** EDIT ****After working with the seller he has given me a full refund for a defective cage. I appreciate the seller working with me so I am changing my review.

Overall very happy with product but extremely disappointed with shipping. This was shipped from a city that is a15-20 minute drive from me and it took 9 days from order date to delivery date. I would have been more than happy to pick it up same day or next day.
