Dont buy it
I bought this product as it was AED 50 cheaper than my earlier shilajit purchase from Amazon. but this is worst decision made by me. the product does not melt in water..there is patches means its not fully disolved in water.. all these shows it is not pure.. i am finishing it now and obvisiouly will not purchase again.. I dont want to talk about the other product here as it might seem i am biased but trust me dont go for cheaper things as you get not good material for sure.
