Great for everyday items
I wanted something I could use at home to sanitize everyday items. I am very happy with my purchase... the box arrived on time and setup was easy. I have used the sanitizer on our cellphones, remote controls and even cloth masks, after they’ve been washed. The cycle takes less than 15 minutes, and the peace of mind is worth it

Do not buy this junk!
I bought this in June. It’s august and it’s broken! The door broke off in the first month, and now the light doesn’t turn on at all!!! It broke down in only a matter of months. I have no time for this!!! What a complete waste of money for $100!!! I have bought several UV sterilizers in my life and this one is the worst!! Don’t waste your money on this defective product

Good customer service
The original sterilizer I received had an issue with the door. It wouldn't close. I immediately contacted customer service. They were very responsive. They sent me another one ASAP. The new one works very well. I am pleased with the product. It was overall a good experience.

Upper rack doesn't stay in place well. Falls off holders.
Would be nice if you can make this with the option to stay on with the door open.

This is what I need
I do the sinus rinsing everyday and I want to make sure the bottle was sanitized to prevent nose infection. This product is what i need and help sanitize the bottle very well. I also use it to sanitize contact lens box daily and dental tools that I used to clean my teeth daily. I recommend this product.

Larger in size and is able to hold many of my non disposable items I use for brows. Easy to use and not loud when on

Worked properly for a while.
The timer does not turn light off. Light just stays on when the door is closed.

The media could not be loaded. Tamaño compacto pero ideal para mis necesidades profesionales, sumamente práctico y sencillo de usar, precioso diseño y los materiales de buena calidad con excepción de la puerta que se siente frágil por lo que hay que cerrarlo con delicadeza… lo más importante es que cumple su función de esterilización a la perfección ! Lo recomiendo.
