Comfortable
I found this pillow comfortable, more importantly it has helped with my snoring and lowered my neck pain. I have found that a adding wedge pillow is also helpful.

Comfy enough, but didn’t help w snoring.
This pillow was comfortable enough but did not help my snoring. In fact, my sweetie swears it made it worse. Everyone is different, so not saying it won’t help someone else- but don’t buy thinking it’s a sure thing.

Keep looking.. Reviews are misleading
Here is the seller instructions for side sleepers:For side sleepers: Simply use the side of the pillow.You can rest your entire shoulder close to the pillow and you’ll feel better.Here is the main problem for side sleepersThe middle indentation in the pillow and its overall design.The indentation is too deep which causes your head, neck and spine to be out of alignment as the support is almost none.Even if you try to use the sides of the pillow, your head willn oll back into the middle hole and you will end up sleeping on your back. Awful design as this will make you snore.In conclusion:1- I bought this product based on all of the reviews but I also realized that the seller pays you $15 for your review within 3 days of delivery.How could you possibly test it?2- I tested it for 7 days and absolutely no necl or shoulder pain relief. NONE!3 - Anti snoring - Absolutely zero assistance or results. I ended up snoring even more as my head would roll back to the middle forcing me to sleep on my back.I would NOT recommend this product. Look at the pictures and its design... You will notice exactly what I am referring to in case my review doesn't provide enough details.

Reduced my snoring significantly!
I have tried several anti- snoring devices. After doing research I learned that head position is often the cause of snoring. And I snored loudly! This pillow actually works for me ! It is comfortable and it supports my head . Highly recommended by me!

It really helps with snoring!
This pillow has helped my husband snoring to a slight snore. You can tell that the pillow supports where it is needed by the sound of his breathing. He went to sleep before me so I was able to observe his snoring. I actually able to sleep without waking up. This is a great help. He told me he was happy because I didn’t tap him about buzz sawing and it was comfortable. I recommend trying it out since it really helps.
