Très bon moule à pain
Jamais eu de problème pour démouler mon pain, peu importe la recette.Semble inaltérable

Perfekt für Toast
Bisher hatte ich schon diverse Backformen für Toast, habe aber meistens normale Brotbackformen benutzt. In der Hauptsache, weil in diesen der Teig am wenigsten klebte. Am schlimmsten war eine Form mit Deckel aus Stahl, da ging der Toast gar nicht heraus. Da ich aber eine Backform mit Deckel wollte, weil der Toast dann weniger Feuchtigkeit verliert, habe ich mal diese von Kaiser versucht. Und die ist perfekt. Kein Haften des Teiges in der Form, ein ausreichend schließender Deckel, sehr gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung. Deshalb habe ich inzwischen zwei von ihnen, um gleich zwei Toasts backen zu können.

Usato per cuocere il pane in cassetta. L'impasto si è cotto perfettamente e ho sformato il pane con facilità. Ottimo prodotto

Ne colle pas
Le pain cuit vite, bien, ne colle pas et se démoule tout seul. Et surtout le pain cuit dans se moule est excellent. Je recommande

Fantastic for baking bread
This is a wonderful light-weight alternative to a cast-iron pot to bake bread. The silicone lid keeps the steam in perfectly and you get a great crackly crust with a chewy inside. The tin is not cheap but it really is worth it if you do not want to use a heavy cast-iron pot.
