Change My life!!
I’m going to begin my review saying that I’m not so good writing reviews but this time I have to do it! You need to know how wonderful this pills are. I was very depressed and thinking crazy thoughts I was also very irritable and crying for everything. My obg recommend to go on HRT since I’m going through menopause, I was not sure that I wanted to go on pills. I was also thinking to go on antidepressants but I was not sure about those eater. And then I found Inositol and changed my life in just one week after taking it I noticed a big change! Now I’m happier and feeling younger again! I highly recommend it if you’re going through menopause.

Don't take inositol if you are an overmethylator
According to William J. Walsh, in his book Nutrient Power, inositol is detrimental to emotional health of overmethylators. I used to be an undermethylator until I got Lyme disease. It's important to know which you are before you take any of the following supplements. If you're an undermethylator, you need to avoid: folate/folic acid, manganese, DMAE, copper, choline, pantothenic acid (B-5), and niacin (B-3) because these can worsen depression and seasonal allergies.If your tendency is toward overmethylation, your condition can deteriorate with the use of: L-methionine, Sam-e, phenylalanine, inositol, 5-HTP, tryptophan, tyrosine, and copper because those factors can contribute to depression, anxiety, or sometimes feelings of panic.

The best Inositol Supplements!
I've tried other Inositol supplements but Jarrow’s are by far the best. I actually open up the tablets and place the powder in my mouth so I can actually taste the difference between other brands that contain too much filler. Jarrow’s are the purest I've tried. And the price point is excellent for the quality. Each capsule is 750 mg which is much more than the average capsule that has only 500 mg. They help me sleep and help with chronic pain. And whenever I need a serotonin boost they work great for that also. Cheers to Jarrow!
