This hoodie is the best! Lightweight, hand washes great, fits true to size. I wear it over a t shirt and often as a shirt. Not warm but cozy and comfortable, providing an extra layer or a little more weight and long sleeves than a t shirt.

This is just the hoodie I was looking for because I wanted one that was super lightweight.I purchased one in black and one in white. I love them... But the material doesn't feel like it will have a long lifespan simply due to how flimsy/sheer it is, so that was disappointing. I have purchased slub knit before and it was never this sheer. Star deduction due to Hanes making low quality slub knit.But for the price point on sale, I'm happy with my purchase and will enjoy it while it lasts.Pros:Super thin and lightweight (thinner than tshirt material)Soft and breathableSlub knit (which has slightly raised/bumpy threaded texture throughout)Fits like a standard box cut hoodie (no tapering at waist, casual fit)Hoodie strings, stitching, etc all dyed to match2 front pocketsCons:Alarmingly flimsy material that doesn't feel like it will lastShrinks in dryer (so you'll have to dry via no heat methods if you don't want shrinkage)Darker colors will shrink more than lighter colors (so size up accordingly)

**About that color**I ordered Briny Pink... a color that seems to be much discussed here, and I can see why! I went outside for natural light (yes, the table is dirty - but it’s blustery and freezing here so I didn’t take time to wipe it down), and brought some crayons with me so you all can reference the color as best you can!I personally like it. To me, it leans more pink - but it is a vibrant pink. I admit, I was hoping it really would have been more of a fluorescent coral color. But it is lovely none the less.I bought a 2x and it fits true to size. I have washed it in cold water, and I hung it to dry. It’s slub... so the thickness of the fabric is going to predictably vary. This is what makes it really lightweight and airy. This is also what will make it more prone to those tiny little holes. I anticipate those eventual small holes, and will tolerate them to get the breathable fabric. It’s also 100% cotton! So when I do start shedding the baby weight, I will be throwing it into the dryer to shrink down.I am already planning on purchasing another.

This little hoodie is *so cute* - it’s true to size, lightweight and the pink is bright and colorful! I work in healthcare so I’m on my feet for a decent amount of my workday and had been on the hunt for something that was lightweight and cute/comfy. This definitely fit the bill and I’ve received many compliments since I purchased. I was just about ready to purchase multiples of the pink and get a few in other colors, but within a week I noticed the fabric developing small holes. The jacket is less than a month old and only gets worn a few days a week - even though it’s inexpensive, I still expected it to last longer than 30 days with minimal use. I may buy one more to see if it happens again - would have been five stars otherwise ⭐️

I own 7 of these hoodies! 5 different colors. I have extras in case I leave one at work! They are lightweight, but just enough to take the chill off and I can pair them up with my jeans and different color shoes. Good quality and good price! If they get more colors, I'll get more!

Nice thin jacket for wearing around the house or running errands. Definitely not for cold weather as it’s pretty thin. I got a medium bc I wanted mine a little more baggy. It’s perfect. I’m 5’3” and about 120lbs. I got mine just to wear around the house when I get chilly. For the price it’s perfect. I feel like it runs true to size. The quality is great. I got the white one & the color is just like the pic.

I bought this Hanes lightweight hoodie in 3 colors now, and 3 sizes, trying to find the best fit for me. It's been like the 3 Bears LoL!I am 5'2", 105 lbs.The blue was size Large, which was Way too big on my small frame. I exchanged it for the Gray in a size Medium. It is a bit different from the others.. a cotton/poly blend, unlike the other colors, which are all 100% cotton. It fits well.. a little roomy, which is fine, so that I can layer it. Then, I bought a Medium in the 100% cotton White, but it was a little too long, so I returned That one too. I exchanged it for a Small, which just came, and That fit is way too tight! I can't win here!😄I am going to try the White in Medium once again, hoping it will shrink a little.It is a thin hoodie, (the white is pretty see-through), meant for cool summer nights, not at all for winter wear, unless you layer it. The wrists are pretty darn tight on all of these hoodies, which is the only thing I do not like about them. I do plan to buy them in more colors, because I really do love the colors and the lightweight style.. But all in a size Medium from now on, haha! Phew!.. I hope I was of any help at all!! 😂

Finally I found a replacement!! I bought a thin lightweight hoodie from Old Navy YEARS ago and I wear it SO often it was literally falling apart and looked so awful but I have had such a hard time finding a replacement that I just kept wearing it into the ground. Finally I decided to try one on Amazon and this is perfect! It is great for chilly summer nights or fall days or just wearing around the house when you want another layer. I love how thin it is - it's like a weighty thinness if that makes sense. It's not paper thin and still feels good quality. Highly recommend trying this out if you are in the market for a lightweight hoodie!
