When I purchased this it was for my Mom the results were good, Another family member is trying this now I have no results yet she is only on week 2. but I believe the results are favorable if done with a healty meal plan.

This is probably the best Garcinia Cambogia supplement I've taken. It doesn't completely control my appetite, but it definitely takes the edge off and helps me control my snacking.

I like that there is no " extra " in it, like chromium. If you take the Garcinia Cambogia before each meal, and if you eat more small meals, you don't need all that chromium as is in other brands. At any rate, I like it!

It works, along with excercise and lower carbs. I have gone down one dress size which seemed impossible before I started taking it. But it gives me heartburn. I think its because of the 100% HCA. When I take a lower HCA I don't have heartburn. It does not cut nite cravings for me.

I have been taking the supplements for a couple of weeks now and so far have not experienced any negative effects. I do feel lighter as I manage to eat less without craving for sweets unlike before. The fact that I need to visit the loo at least 3x a day tells me that it's working because I don't feel bloated eventhough I tend to drink a lot of water. Combined with moderate exercise, I hope to shed weight with continued use of the supplement. I would recommend this product because it's affordable & it does control any hunger pangs you may have.

I weighted 150 when I started these pills I weight 120 now. I feel happier I have more energy I don't crave carbs as much.
