Bako Sweet Organic Sweet Potatoes, 3 Lbs

I received this item today in the state shown in the pictures. They are withered, moldy, smashed in the rotten places, and filled with holes. It's disgusting. I can't believe I am paying for this service, and this is the level of quality control they provide.

Wanted the red garnet potatoes specifically to grow slips to put in the garden. Got 7 potatoes in the sack and they were so beat up, bruised, moldy and old that all but 1 of them rotted before they could grow any. Also, were supposed to be "organic" but obviously came with a sprout inhibitor. I tried several ways to sprout them (split up into 2, 2, 3 in pots and trays) and the only one that sprouted wasn't as bruised as the rest. I tried to contact the seller through Amazon, but got no reply. At this point no sense in going farther, refund isn't worth the hassle. I did give them a chance to make it right. Just will NEVER order from this seller again.

Really disappointed with these sweet potatoes they arrive rotten and the juices were spilling all the other groceries. Had to throw out both bags.

Going by the picture, I was expecting potatoes about the size of russets. What I got is a bunch of "really small tasteless" potatoes called "sweet". Very disappointed!

I feel like they bag up the small, sad potatoes that aren't purchased individually. We switched back to buying them individually because the quality was much better that way.

Wish I had taken a photo of the last batch. It was something to behold. I've only ordered this once when the sweet potatoes were tasty and fresh. The other times, they were old, the flesh was faded light orange and you can see they aren't fresh. The skins had these dry looking spots on them and some wrinkling on the tips. I ended up cutting them up for the dogs; but, even for them, I didn't give them all to them. I don't want them to suffer either. I love sweet potatoes; but, I only loved these once. No matter where I have bought this brand, I've encountered the same problem.

I wanted sweet potatoes and got yams. ☹️

These are the best sweet potatoes I’ve had in years sweet and creamy. I just re-ordered eight more from Whole Foods. Going to make sweet potato fries in the oven.
