Love the mop. Amazing!! Wish the cable was a bit longer and that the water container would be bigger, but it does the job perfectly. Thank you! Keep buying more and more Black+Decker products and they seem to all be really good.

Works perfectly fine but not happy with the size of the wire code. It’s too short. A steam mop is required to have a long wire so it can easily move around.

Handle doesn’t stay up, it makes the floor wet and need to be dried,the bottle is so cheep, it came with one cheep pad it should come with 2.Good things that it is very easy to use and it does it’s job to clean.

This is an amazing product and I am happy to give 5 stars. I was able to fill the water reservoir one time to steam my kitchen twice and the hallway once. I would order an extra set of cleaning pads if you have a large space. Really happy with this product! Note: all my floors are a white stone. After steam cleaning, I put on white socks to see if the dirt was really gone. Presto! Clean white socks after walking around throughout the day.

Its a damaged product that kicks no steam it just leaks all the water on the ground
