Unfortunately lots of this packet were unusable and quite flimsy especially having to wire the string through all the letters.

Product review states already assembledEasy to use: the product you received is already installed and can be used immediately; it does not need to be assembled by yourself; it is very convenient; you only need to hang it to decorate the 18th birthday partyWe therefore left them until moments before to put up in order to not spoilt the surprise and found they had to be assembled which is time consuming, therefore not used for the party as did not have time, disappointing and a waste of money

Good quality
These were good quality, easy to assemble and the balloons had confetti which was an added bonus as I hadn't realised. Balloons have stayed up so far too! Perfect for my sons 18th!

This comes with a roll of black material that you need to individually link through the banners.False advertising.Over priced.I do not recommend this product.
