Stuck to each other after cooking

Fantastic product. You will not be disappointed. I just started a Paleo diet and I was looking for a pasta substitute. This is perfect. It’s high in carbs however you only need about 1/3 of a cup per serving. I found it very satisfying and easy to cook.

I really wanted to love this. But It’s just ok. The flavor is good. But it does indeed get very mushy and sticks together like other reviewers say. For the record, I actually love softer textures in general with food but even this was a little much for me. I prefer the Jovial grain free gluten free pasta over this one. If you’re looking for a same type pasta with less mush and stickiness, go with Jovial. Both brands aren’t cheap but that is what it is.

I was really excited about trying this product, but I was disappointed.Pros: It does not have a strong sweet potato flavor. It comes dried, meaning shelf stable.Cons: Despite following the directions exactly, once I drained it, it stuck together quickly. The texture is gummy. Somewhat expensive.

These went perfect with this Italian Sausage Radiator Pasta Recipe!! Must try! Also, it feels good eating a pasta that contains actualy nutrients from a healthy source!
