Overall good but quality should improve
Nicely crafted. But not very useful for knitting. Very difficult to insert the hooks in a loop or pulling a thread by the hooks. The surface is not rough, though not smooth enough for knitting.Not very smooth on strong rope type threads, but good on soft fluffy threads. However good to possess as a fancy stuff. The largest hook is deffective, as there is a scratch on it, due to which could not work with it. Will visit a carpenter to fix the scratch. Didn't go for replacement for only one piece of a 12 pc set, but the seller should be more particular about the quality assurance. And, the exact size of each hook is not mentioned anywhere, which should also be taken care of.
