Easy to break
Item broke at first use outdoors. the pole disattached from the blue screw piece and couldn’t put back together full permanent damage. Not useful. The stick itself isn’t strong enough for swiping floor. The brush is heavier

Immediately Broke
The screw shaft snapped halfway into its first use; it literally broke the first time I used it. (The job in question was sweeping a backyard deck, nothing excessive.) Clearly there are those who have had good experiences with this product; I’m not one of them.

Nice
Well I am 5'4 and around 97 to 100 lbs I spent 3 1/2 hours sweeping the entire one side of our patio(sure there are still some spots I missed but I'll get them) Yes it is weird that the handle comes in 4 pieces but if you tighten them on strong enough it shouldn't be an issue I didn't have an issue with the handle the entire time the reason it took 3 1/2 hours is because it is very hard to sweep cement but it can be done with some effort. That one big pile was all over our patio on one side. We have a giant pine tree that is beginning to shed it's old needles and so this is just the beginning of my job. My body is sore as hell but it is worth it.

Great quality Broom! My one concern. Plastic connectors used to.assemble the aluminum broomhandle.
Decent, sturdy broom with excellent "clearing" bristles. It's comfortable to use and store. My one gripe: The handle is a 3 peice, screw together aluminum pole which is fine. The concern is about plastic threaded ends which allow the handle to be assembled and screwed together and into the Bristle Base. These plastic parts certainly will become brittle and crack or fail after just a summer or two in the infamous Arizona desert heat. The summer heat kills literally anything plastic in just a few seasons whether garaged (stored properly) or not. It remains to be seen how well/long these plastic or nylon, possible weak spots will hold up.They appear to be made of nylon which if so, would be a plus. But these attachment points really should have been assembled with metal parts. Not plastic. I would have paid more for metal. If you are not worried about summer heat where you live, this will make a fine addition to your broom collection. Lol.My one concern is, over a few minutes time the three section aluminum handle (with plastic fittings), begins to loosen and unscrew Which requires intermittent breaks to tighten up and continue sweeping. It's not a critical minus, but it becomes a bit of an annoyance while sweeping a large driveway. I am currently looking for options other than "adhesive tape" (which will also die in the summer heat in Arizona), options for "fixing" the three sections of aluminum handle, together, permanently. The only reason the handle comes in three pieces is so it fits inside a small shipping box.I have not as of yet, looked into picking up a 1 piece aluminum broom handle anywhere? That is next on my list. Considering the low cost of this item I suppose don't mind throwing something away every two years. It's easy enough to just buy another one after a failure a few years later?Maybe I am old-fashioned? I try to stretch as much use out of everything I buy - for as long as I can.I really despise our "throwaway society". Things should be "made to last", the way they used to be. Just my opinion of course.

Poor quality. Doesn't sweep well at all.
This thing is awful. I guess I didn't have high expectations for a broom that comes in a box. But it's so stiff it's difficult to move across my driveway so it takes way more effort than it should. It leaves behind a lot. You can get some leaves and pine needles, but forget about dirt. It also holds about half of what it sweeps, so after 10 minutes I am just moving around the mass of crap it collected and dropping off bits of it in new places, vs sweeping. It was hard to assemble. Some of the pieces didn't fit well inside of others, despite trying multiple configurations. I wasn't able to do it myself and my husband had to use brute strength to force it together.I would not recommend. Going to invest a little more time and money this time and get a higher quality broom from the home improvement store.

design flaw
I spent almost as much time winding the pole back in as using it to brush. It needs something that screws into the pole at the brush side that stops it from unwinding once you start using it.
