The inner Idli stand does not seat level and you will have loop sided Idli. The seller was prompt in replying and refunding .I did not realize that the return address was in Bangladesh and that you have to pay for the charges! The seller was kind enough to request just the picture and nor the product.

The size & width between the idly plates are small. Others met the requirement.

The inside of the knob on top broke after just two uses! Impossible to fix! Terrible quality! very disappointed.
