I ordered M size, my waist line is 32/34 inches and I set it to the last 3 holes. Its very comfortable to use. I think M size is suitable for 27-36 inches waist.Material is very good. No brand written on it that makes it look expensive.Highly recommended!

-Belt is as shown in the picture-fits well, make sure you get the right size. I got the 100cm size my waist is 36cms fit at the last 2 holes-overall quality looks good and sturdy- will update on the durability after couple of training sessions-Good value for money

I received M, instead of S but fits me well, as it has many holes. I feel it's more on the women's M size, rather than men's.Comfortable, sturdy and provides the needed support.

It's a nice quality price belt, heavy duty and comfortable to whear .
