Too long
The bands seem of good quality, however the pink which is supposed to be medium size is bigger than the purple which is supposed to be the biggest size. Overall the bands are too long making it not practical to work out.

Too rigid
All bands are too stiff and basically not elastic at all. It’s impossible to use them and it’s very easy to get injured. Not recommended
