Spigen Rugged Armor Pro Case Compatible with Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 and Compatible with Galaxy Tab S7 - Black

I bought this for my new TAB S8. I have watched many reviews on many cases and kept coming back to this. I wanted something that would protect the device and cover the screen. This is excellent at doing both. The tablet fits snugly, and the all-round rubber bumpers will help with the general knocks and scrapes of life. It isn't going to guarantee survival of a fall down the stairs, but I don't think there is one out there. Get real and be careful with your device. It does however mean you can carry and pack the tablet away without worrying you will damage it. It is easy to hold and doesn't add any noticeable weight to the device.I don't know if they have updated the design, but I have no problem using it flat in portrait mode on a desk with the S-Pen, or even with the S-Pen in the holder. On that the S-Pen holder is strong and will not let it fall out. An excellent addition so you don’t loose it if it gets scraped off by accident as you put it away. (Remember to turn on the S-Pen guard/notification so you don’t walk away without it anyway.)Honestly, I can't say enough nice things about it. You won't be disappointed in owning it.

I've used this with my Samsung S8 tablet for a few months now and it's lightweight and stylish and has kept everything safe so far. The space to store the S pen securely is a reason in itself to use this case as I would lose it very quickly if I relied on the magnet.

No case that is perfect and does everything you need. Rugged with maximum protection are bulky and heavy. Those with multiple viewing angles require more space on your desk/table, etc...This spigen case does most of what you're looking for.Sleek design protecting both front and back of the tablet but not covering the s pen completely. However, the S pen slot is a nice one and holds it snuggly. Also, the front cover slips off easily most of the time. Only 2 viewing angles are possible with this case but they are more than enough.The inner side of the front cover picks up dust very easliy as it's made of soft material which is important for the protection of the screen.As I mentioned earlier, it's not complete perfect but it does the job well.I give 4/5.

I can't speak highly enough of this case, feels solid, but not brittle. The material is very grippy, akin to tire rubber. Very easy to hold, the extra bulk in the back design feels good for fingers to grab and absorbs knocks very nicely without clattering around on a table or desk if dropped to harshly.The lid has a lovely knurled texture, and is also grippy to the touch, making it easy to open by sliding it open if you can't quite find the lip with your fingernail. And the magnetic stand works a treat in all environments, and balances quite nicely on top of a lap or duvet in my experience.The pen holder isn't as well guarded as an internal one, but I can't fault the case designer for the S pen needing contact to charge. I will say that this pen holder is just a little bit better designed than the samsung one, as the slot has a very shallow ramp in this one, meaning you can slide the stylus out without banging the tip (something that was harder in the canyon like samsung case)Overall, I would honestly say this case is even better designed and built than the samsung original one, and I can't praise it highly enough.

Used Spigen on variety of phones and tablets, always top quality and look for the brand when getting a new device. Great protection without adding too much bulk.

I do like this case, it offers good protection and I really like the way you can safely store the stylus, but there is a price to pay. The fitting is so tight, if you have an anti-glare screen protector it lifts it at the corners and after a couple of weeks has caused it to crack.

Glad I chose this Spigen case over the cheaper alternatives. Great protection all round, especially the corners.Takes a while to learn how to get the tablet in and out as it's a tight fit. The quality is almost as good as my old Tab S4 Samsung book cover. Samsung have dropped the ball with their latest book covers as they give no side or corner protection. The inside of the Spigen front cover could have been a better material but overall I'm happy with my purchase. Lastly the S pen is well protected when charging on the back. The magnet holding the case shut could have been a bit stronger but it generally stays shut. I paid just over £20 so it was great value. I'd happily pay double for an even more Premium case.

First impressions are VERY good.This is a solid product. It fits the S8 well, the cover works and it feels like it ought to offer good protection against drops.I've given it 5 stars for all 3 categories, although of course, the durability is a prediction based on the way this case is put together.Incidentally, I am awaiting a free Samsung "Keyboard Cover" following purchase of my S8. I was going to buy a really basic cover, then I discovered that the Samsung "Keyboard Cover has no protection at all around the edges of the device.I'm likely to end up using the Spigen case permanently and looking for a bluetooth keyboard to go with it.
