Great product and service
The product is exactly like the pictures and I received it on time. One of my items was not in stock, and they were sweet enough to send me an extra hat and the one I wanted in a different colour.

Cute product, but lights would not turn off
Delivery was fast, item was as described. Once we turned on the lights, however, they did not turn off! We tried everything, other than physically opening up the hat to see what’s going on. We let the lights run until they ran out of battery, which surprisingly lasted NINE DAYS. That’s quite a battery. Now that the battery has run out, there’s no way to change it without ripping open the hat and having to sew it up again. Still, cute purchase and my child loved it for an anime-themed birthday party.
