Body Calm Cream 8 Oz Arnica, MSM Blended in Shea Butter for Ultimate Skin Health, Rest, Relieve & Recover

I have suffered with migraines for 30 years, and the pain is in my forehead, temples, and top of my head. I have used Icy Hot products on my forehead, temples, and cheeks as often as every 30 minutes all day and into the night. Recently I've been reading about how menthol can increase Substance P in nerve endings. As I understand it, Substance P sends pain signals to the brain so using menthol products can actually cause a person to be in more pain. Capsaicin depletes this Substance P from nerve endings, and it takes a while for it to build back up. I tried straight capsaicin and won't make that mistake again. Oh the burn! My face was bright, neon red, and I considered actually screaming and even ER. Thankfully, coconut oil cut right through it, and 45 minutes later there was no trace of the redness or the firey burn.I spent several hours on Amazon searching for a pain cream that would get warm without being burning hot like the straight capsaicin and finally settled on this calming cream. I have been using it about every two hours for five days. It does contain a little capsaicin, but for me it just barely has a very slight warming sensation for just a couple of minutes. I do like it anyway though, and the intense pain in my face has lessened, and I like the lemongrass scent. Kerah Lane has a warming/heating product that I think I'd actually like better. I've been in touch with the company, and they have excellent customer service, thanks Matt. He offered me a coupon to try it which I thought was very nice. Will be ordering that soon.To sum up, I miss the hot/cool sensation of the Icy Hot but not the ever increasing face pain from the menthol stimulating my nerve endings. This calming cream is a good replacement, smells great, and eases my face pain significantly. I will be trying the warming/heating product Kerah Lane offers to see which one works the best for me.

I've gone through a year of hell... Every test known to man was done on me, physical therapy was tried, steroid shots were given, and even prescription pills couldn't elevate the constant, life altering pain. This cream is the only thing that has given me any relief. It brings my pain closer to a normal level, that is much more tolerable. That being said, it doesn't take away all the pain. But, I haven't felt this good in a long, long time.The only negative thing I have to say about the product, is that I feel as if it soaks in too quickly. My problem areas are my neck, shoulders, arms, and a little of my upper back. To cover where it's needed, personally I feel like I'm using a very large amount at a time. I guess, I just wish it spread around a little more. For me, it would be beneficial if it was sold in larger sized bottles as well. Since I'll be going though it much quicker then others.

I have struggled with neck pain and headaches since being thrown off a horse at age 17 (now 76). and have tried all kinds of things like injections, chiropractic and other creams. My daughter found this cream helped with her migraines so I tried it for beck and shoulder pain and it works great. I have not noticed terrible headaches in the mornings and my neck pain is much improved. This cream also helps the bursitis in my hip and also knee pain (old age) Ha Ha

Pros:Smells good.Cons:Very runny. Not like most creams or lotions.Odd bottle - like a hard shampoo bottle - strange for getting lotion out.Doesn't do anything for my neuropathy. I'll keep looking

I have repeatedly bought this cream...its my go to for pain relief for my fibromyalgia and RA pain. Love to use a heating pad with it, it really brings out the heat. Smells can really bother me, but this doesn't bother me at all
