I was skeptical when I ordered this as I thought it possibly could be flimsy and look cheap, boy was I wrong it is absolutely beautiful and perfect to display an antique pocket watch. Highly recommend !!

I chose this style as opposed to the typical dome mainly for accessibility to the watch itself, with a plus being less area to dust. The stand itself has a good amount of weight to it, so even with a small base it wouldn't tip over if bumped into. The bottom itself has green felt on it, so no need to worry about scratching any surface you may choose to rest it on. It states that it's gold plated where other choices did not. Have to admit that did influence my choice (better quality?),no matter how many microns thick it may be. Seems to be built rock solid, with workmanship you can proudly display. All in all a great choice!

Stunning product. It perfectly matches the brass finish of my Howard Railroad Pocket watch. It has an elegance all of its own. The correct dimensions and weight. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect for the pocket watch i bought.

The product does not come in one piece. It needs to be assembled. However, the thickness of the "base" and "roof" do not allow for a solid fixation of the rods which are inside the pillars. As a result, the stand is very unstable and is very likely to fall apart when mounting/dismounting the pocket watch. Would not recommend buying it, unless one is accurate with using instant glue.

Was really surprised to find that this item is rather heavy for it's size it doesn't flip over if it is accidently bumped into. Great vale and made with perfection.

Was a perfect color match to an early 1900's pocketwatch, was delivered in a timely fashion, and fits the watch very well. VERY happy with the watch stand!!
