iDesign Forma Metal Free Standing Bath Towel Ladder Storage Organization, Rack for Bathroom, Bedroom, Laundry Room, 16.5" x 0.75" x 60.5", Brushed Stainless Steel

Although the ladder arrived earlier than expected and it is ideal for what it was intended just outside of my European Wet Bath, it is missing two of it's five pieces (one ladder and four plastic stoppers that plug into the tips of the ladder's four open holes). Too much of a hassle to box up and return so I have been scratching my head trying to figure out what I can put into the upper two holes of the ladder so that it doesn't look so disastrous and cheap!

Several reviews state ladder arrived w/o bumpers end caps. Mine arrived missing one, but I contacted the company and 6 bumpers arrived w/in a week. Overall, I am satisfied w/ the product and the companies response to my request to send a bumper to replace the lost end cap. It does not take up a lot of space and is a good contempary solution for use of towels or light weight blankets in lieu of a wall mounted towel rack. I would recommend.

I like the ladder, however, as others have said it is very lightweight and one of the four plastic knobs that are on the ends of the ladder was missing. I was hoping to hear from someone but have not gotten any feedback yet. I will return if I don't hear back, but would much rather keep it and get the missing knob. I placed the ladder next to my slider in the master bedroom to hold towels for my dogs when they go out in the rain. It works.

The item, when finally complete works and looks just fine but the process to get a complete item was a nightmare! It took 3 orders and 2 returns to get a ladder without a scratch and all 4 bumper ends. The first came with none and a scratch, the second came with 3 bumpers and the 4th came with 2. I was able to assemble a complete set by ordering a new item and having it arrive before the previous one was picked up. Customer service helped but it was a pain. Luckily (?) I had seen others complain of the same thing and so I wasn't surprised and pushed forward. It fits my space perfectly and doesn't slide around or scratch anything, thanks to the 4 bumper ends I finally collected. It's because of this mess that I gave it 2 starts. Geesh! Good luck!

I purchased this for use in a guest bathroom so it won't get heavy usage. If I were using it frequently, and with several towels, I'm not sure how well it would hold up as the frame is pretty lightweight. It is exactly what I envisioned with respect to space and maximizing places to hang towels. If the frame were more substantial, I'd give it 4 or maybe 5 stars.

NOT worth the price I paid. AND two of the rubber tips are missing from the product. I should have heeded the warnings on the other reviews. What a disappointment to receive a product that I will not be able to use. I feel cheated.

Worst mistake ever. Save your money people. The ladder was warped and appeared as if someone tried to straighten it out and almost broke it. Also missing 3 of the 4 end pieces that keep it from sliding on the floor and scratching up the wall. Today was my last day at my daughters new home, I’m catching a 3 hour flight in 2 hours and this was a house warming gift for her new home. Biggest disappointment EVER. You cannot convince me someone did not know the condition of this item before shipping and was hoping they got lucky enough that some poor sap (me) would have to keep it. BTW I did purchase this item “used” but it was listed in “as new condition w original packaging”. What a joke.

This is much lighter weight than it looks - but it is small and works for what I need, too bad when it shipped it got damaged in transit! I paid extra for the overnight shipping expected FedEx would be a safe choice. Now my tenant has to wait another week to get her towel rack and hopefully this one ships better than the first one.
