Comfort Headset
Works as expected ,Comfort with great battery life and they fit nice, as of the quality is ok for its price. In audio perspective you listen well but the person on the other side misses a few highs but its ok since they can understand you and the noise cancelation is good.

Very Low Battery Life
Product advertised has a nine hour battery life. Mine lasted under three hours. Then it wouldn't charge at all and was just dead. That said, I liked the features and the sound was really quite good. So I exchanged it for another one. That didn't work out.New one arrived, I charged it up and same thing - it crapped out in under three hours. The last thing "it" said was "line in". Which I believe meant it no longer worked as Bluetooth and could only work as a hard line in. (Which is a really nice feature in itself.)So now I've tried this Phillips product twice and both where bad. I can only believe they got a bad batch from their manufacturer.Shame, I really liked the product and wanted it to work.

Good product and the only one headphone that is wireless and wired
UPDATEAs shown in my original review, I had a good opinion of the PN505. Regrettably, the Active Noise Cancelling stopped working. I am mad and feel cheated. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM !!ORIGINAL REVIEWThis is the second unit I purchased. I bought the first one about two years and have performed like a charm. I initially purchased it to use while mowing the lawn. I needed neckband earphones with good active noise cancelling (ANC) so that they do not fall to the ground while riding the lawnmower. To my surprise, it came with a sound cable that I use it all the time while traveling abroad. After reading the reviews I was very surprised to hear that some consumers had battery life problems. I haven't had any problems with my unit. I was concerned about buying another unit in light of these complaints. At the end, not being able to find a comparable alternative with wired/wireless capabilities, I decide to buy another PN505.The first thing I did when I received the unit was to fully charge it and used it--listening music with ANC on--until the power level LED started blinking. It took eleven hours, not the twelve hours mentioned by the manufacturer but nevertheless pretty good...!Overall, the PN505 is a bargain. I also have Bose in ear headphones ... The ANC is pretty good though a bit below the quality of ANC in my Bose unit. Similarly, the Bose's battery last longer than the PN505's. However, based on my experience, considering that the Bose unit costs 3-4 times more than the PN505 it is easy to conclude that the PN505 is a good choice.

Great sound, poor build quality
I'll start with this. These are the best sounding ear buds I've heard under $100, easily. They have a lot of bass too, you just have to take advantage of it with an EQ or something. They are the best fitting ear buds for me personally. They fit into my ears like a glove and for these two reasons it's really hard to give them up and stop buying them.I go through a pair every year, or every two years, because of very average durability. I've owned 3 or 4 pair now over several years. The first couple of times they went out, I didn't understand why. Now I do after paying closer attention to how I use them. I don't care what the water resistance rating is on these, DO NOT let them get wet, especially the actual buds. If it's raining take them out and tuck them into your shirt. Be careful wearing them while you wash your face. Keep the rubber cap on when not charging. Be gentle with the buttons. Don't abuse them, as they are also not that durable. If you do these things they will absolutely last longer than a year.I really wish Philips would address these issues and come out with a new version, same bud design, provide more friction for the neckband, and increase the quality and durability, sell them for a bit more money. People would appreciate it and keep buying them.

Not a good product
I had the Sony WI-1000XM2. I lost them and it seems like they have been discontinued. So decided to try these as a replacement. Yes, these are about a quarter of the price but you get what you pay for. For most phone calls the person can’t hear me when I am talking. Playing music is fine and the noise cancelling works ok when there isn’t a lot of background noise. But loud noises like sirens and trains drown out whatever you are listening to, especially talk like podcasts. Maybe I got a bad set but I doubt it based on all the bad reviews on here. Going to try and find another Sony product.

Great sound!
I can hear very clearly with these and when making calls the other callers have never complained about not being able to hear me which has always been an issue with other brands

Amazing battery life!
I've had these Philips PN505 Wireless Headphones for seven months and use them every day. This week I had a 14 hour critical business call and the battery lasted the entire time! Only in the last 15 minutes did it give me the 10% low battery warning. Ok, one minor complaint is the chrome colored plastic ring at the end neckband fell off. I haven't had time to glue it back on, but that doesn't affect my rating because the amazing battery life is awesome !

Stops working after a few months.
Have replaced it 3 times in the last 18 months. Always quits charging. Always a struggle to get any help. Even have product insurance won't deal with it because it is still under warranty. Seller nor Philips willing to help!
