A Little Something Hardcover – Picture Book, March 1, 2008

This is a very sweet story. I originally got it to be a gift for my granddaughter's first birthday but upon receiving it in reading it I realized who she's a little young for it. I would definitely say this is an absolutely wonderful gift either to a grandmother from my granddaughter or from a grandmother to a little bit older granddaughter. It is a little sad but it just points to the relationship more than anything else.

I read lots of reviews on this book and bought it for my mom for mothers day. It came in a very thin plastic package, not even thick enough to be considered an envelope. Then the mailman shoved it into my apt mailbox so it hurt the book since it wasn't protected. The book wasn't what I thought it was, and there was writing in the inside as well as much more wear on it than I was informed. For how much it cost, I didn't think it was worth it and would have sent it back I'd it wasn't such a hassle.

Read about this book and decided to order it, just to have on hand for those nostalgic moments. It's a cute book to read to a very young child or to start a tradition with giving them "just a little something".

The story is wonderful, but found I could get the book a lot cheaper.🥺

Very sweet story. I read it to the nursing home residents and we created a Christmas tree based on it.

It may be a little much for a 5 year old so I'm putting it away in my cedar chest until she's older.

Great book

This a beautiful little book. It was in perfect condition. I was a little disappointed though, as there was no indication that this was a reprint/ revised edition from the original book title published previously. Otherwise it is a wonderful story for grandparents to share with grandchildren.

This little story delivers a lovely and pleasant message for anyone who values family and heritage. It is suitable for any little girl of about age eight or older.
