Tremendous battery draw so be mindful if you allow to run with the engine off

I had great troubles trying to connect the Wifi to my Android 10 phone. However, the tech guy at Blackvue was great and after trying several different methods with no avail, he finally came up with a solution that solved the problem. I've had several Blackvues in the past & the quality has always been superb.

For such an expensive dash cam, there are issues. Frequently looses the GPS signal, resulting in no speed record. Also, sometimes goes in to park mode when driving, no record unless waking the camera up again. For the price, I expect better. Do yourself a favour and buy a cheaper dash cam.

Easy to install and set up, excellent video quality, and easy to review and save footage. Easily hardwired using fusetabs to enable parking mode. It’s a pricy unit, but is the best you can buy.

Excellent camera, although expensive. This was the best camera I could find that suited my campervan as I couldn't attach it to the windscreen because of the night blinds. However, it sits nicely on the top of the dashboard and gives a good view out of the windscreen. My only gripe is that it's rather complicated to set up, especially when using the add-on module (CM100) to connect it to WiFi. That said, this module gives me WiFi in the camper which is well worth it, although the camera must be running in parking mode. When driving, my phone beeps every few seconds during the recording process which is annoying, but, as yet, I don't know how to turn that off.Other than that, it is a great camera, once set up, although the sensitivity in parking mode is a little too sensitive and requires turning down. Up to now, I'm still fiddling with it, but it appears to be doing its job okay.
