We are from the northeast where haddock fish fries were a Friday staple. We now live in Florida and could not find any restaurant to duplicate the fried fish. Since I discovered this breading I now am able to duplicate our favorite fish fry at home💕

Stores no long stock - had to buy in quantity!
Was so happy to be able to find this product, but not so happy that stores don't seem to be offering it and having to buy it in quantity. However, this was my mother's favorite and I have not found another product that I like as well.

Fish dip . yummy
This is a very good coating mix for fish. Has good flavor and it does not get thick when cooked. My only problem with this shipment was the packaging. Yes I know the soft packaging saves on $$ but the box with the product became smashed and partially open. Maybe something can be done about this and still accomplish what it is you are looking for. Padded envelope may work, they are a little firmer without adding more weight.
