The first one I ordered had the roller unattached! Thought I was supposed to attach and could not figure out how to so ordered another...well, its supposed to be attached! LVE using it...makes everything look culinary perfection and I am not a chef!

Very sturdy and solid, but can't assemble. Broken?
I can't pull or pry the tines apart to fit in the wheel. The rivets at the ends don't move. It is very solid, but not functional like this. I would be happy if it wasn't broken!

Use a fork instead
Doesn’t work like a standard fork to eliminate gas bubbles in the dough. Cannot recommend
