Left my hair silky and really soft feels much healthier would buy again

Ordered this as I had previously ordered the bold Uniq purple shampoo which was amazing and really worked so much better than other shampoos I had ordered in the past. So I thought this company seems to have good quality products , so thought I’d give the treatment a go. It was delivered very promptly and the pot was a good size. The directions for use were very clear, simple and helpful. And in writing big enough to read without needing a magnifying glass like most tend to be. The product smells lovely. It is of a very thick consistency and you didn’t need a lot. My hair instantly felt better, was easy to comb through. Left it on initially for 20 minutes. Was very easy to rinse out. Blow dried my hair and after just one treatment, my hair feels beautiful and soft. The condition of my hair is so much better after just one use. I have blond highlighted hair which is prone to dryness. I am extremely impressed with this and would recommend highly. Great product, very reasonably priced. Very impressed.

Not the miracle worker that some people suggest but hair does feel softer and more manageable after use. Left on overnight for best results

I'm a creature of bad decisions. I wanted to go blonde very quickly and I was too tight to go to a salon. This stuff is made of champions.After reading literally every hair article where professionals were screaming at me through the screen that what I was about to do was a very terrible idea, I bleached my hair 4 times within a week (yes, I know, but unfortunately I can't be changed). 30vol first followed by 20vol for the rest. Box red dye on the ends underneath many sessions of permanent dark brown hair dye. Brad Mondo would be disappointed.This paste of dreams has kept my hair shiny and healthy throughout the process. I'm a happy level 7ish (toner was 7/01), taking a break, then back to it for an 8, 9ish ash blonde after a brief European holiday which will ultimately turn my hair green from an abundance of chlorine swimming. Again, bad decisions.I read the instructions on the final treatment (bit late but whatevz) which said for best results leave in for 10mins + or overnight. I didn't even do that! Left it in for max 3mins in the shower and it magically transformed my hair. Bit pricey, but worth it for the results. Highly recommended if you're an impatient go-getter like me with a hobby graveyard (right now I'm a faux hair 'professional') 👍

After going from full bleach blonde then going dark, hating it and having a full head of highlights all within 2 weeks my hair was dry, brittle and was breaking off and literally looked burnt and frazzled. I've been using straighteners on my hair for 20 years now and it's very dry and frizzy so thought I would give Boldplex a go. I bought it around a month ago and have used it once a week, leaving it on about 45 minutes each time. While my hair condition is a bit better it's nothing like I was expecting after reading other reviews. The leaflet that comes in the box offers a money back guarantee so I emailed the company 2 weeks ago but have only had an automated reply from them , nothing else.EDIT - I have now heard back from the company and they are actioning a refund. I was most impressed with the level of customer service provided.2nd Edit - the guarantee that come with the product says that as well as providing a refund they will also send you a different product to try for free, while I did receive my refund no other product has been received. 😕

My hair was damaged. The hairdresser was busy while my hair had peroxide on and burnt/ dissolved my hair. I'm on a tight budget so tried this product. The product smelt amazing, was incredibly smooth and has helped save a lot of my hair from the damage. The product went a long way and is fantastic to use on top of a toner to prevent hair drying out. Also worth mentioning that it isn't heavy on your hair as mine is very fine and a lot of these types of product are greasy, but not this one. I haven't been to the hairdressers since (18months) and my hair is the best it's ever been. Lastly, I use once week and I would not change it.

Made my dry hair so smooth and shiny! Very impressed. I left it on for 3/4hr the first time and a couple of hours the second. Results good! For an easy to use deep conditioning mask, I will be using this product weekly for my thick curly hair. It tamed it nicely.
