Q: Can you fill the sides with sand to keep a toddler from tipping it over?

I don’t think so. The sides are not hollow. We did not have any problem with him tipping it over.

Q: Do you have to take it completely apart to pack away?

We don’t pack it away, it doesn’t take up a lot of space and our grandson plays in his playroom every day. There is assembly when it arrives, so I would assume if you want to put it back in the box you would have to dismantle it.

Q: Can you keep this outside in the summertime?Looking to buy this for my little grandson that will be turning 1 soon,something for outside to play with.
