I am a little bit disappointed with this product. I didn't realize that it has gelatin in it. That doesn't work for me as a vegetarian, but that's on me because I should have looked a little closer before buying it.It has the same ingredients as any other candida cleanse on the market. That means it should work just as well, but there's really nothing that special about this one.Really, my biggest complaint is gelatin. I think natural products should only have ingredients of plant origin, which bovine gelatin definitely is not.If you want a decent candida cleanse and don't mind if it's not completely plant-based, go ahead and try this one. I am on day 7 of this cleanse. I have used all of this companies other cleanse's and all have done exactly what it says. After heavy doses of antibiotics, it killed all my good bacteria to. This helps your body heal and get healthy gut bacteria going. And if course, I would buy from them again!

I would first suggested that you have some research done to find out if you are experiencing just candida, or if you have other forms of SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) which may require anti fungal treatment to reduce the colony. There are also parasites that go along with this overgrowth, and can make you very sick. There are saliva and stool tests on the market that you can do from home and mail them in for analysis, if you are like me and have encountered physicians who are clueless in this department.I can also not stress enough that a few weeks of pills is not going to solve the problem, if you continue to eat what you have been eating to get you into this mess in the first place. So my advice is, to get yourself educated on what foods actually increase the SIBO, and what other things like stress, chemicals, tap water, are in your environment that are also adding to the problem.One you are aware of those, and foods that will keep the bacteria at bay, now its time to kill the overgrowth.You will always have bacteria, so telling yourself you need to get rid of all of it is not the goal you should have in mind. Reducing the overgrowth, and now eating foods that encourage the good bacteria from probiotics and prebiotics to grow, and keep the bad bacteria at bay is a more realistic goal.Candida clear contains 60 capsules, which are not horribly stinky, or too large to swallow.
