A bit disappointed as I thought it would get alot hotter than it does. When you're holding it, it doesnt really get that hot enough to warm you up well but when you leave it in your pocket and not touch it for awhile it can get very hot. Just a shame not as hot when holding it or remain hot for very long when is.

Feels well made. Slightly disappointed as it only lasted about 3 hours on its lowest setting - not enough for a round of golf.

This product is defective. The switch doesn't go as far as the high, the low setting barely heats up and in the 15 minutes I had it running to see if it would get warmer it lost 50% battery life. I reached out to customer service and they gave me the run around (2 different people). It has been a huge disappointment and a waste of time. If you have time to do a return, you might as well shop local.

I chose this handwarmer because a number of sites listed it on their "X best" lists. I have to say I'm pretty happy with it overall. I have Raynaud's, which means my hands can get wicked cold just sitting at my keyboard, and having my little plastic pal is very nice. (It sits on two wee feet, minimizing its footprint on my crowded desk.)However (you knew there had to be a however), every so often the heat output spikes if it's just sitting, making it feel like you should be using an oven mitt or at least a bandanna to handle it. It's not actually burning hot, just "yikes!" hot, and it cools down pretty quickly as your icy hands suck the life out of it. That's my only caveat, and why it gets only 4 stars. I would buy this again.

My wife has menards, or however you say it, fingers are like ice most of the time. These really help her and the batteries seem to stay up quite a while. I bought more than one so she can have in the car, in the living room, etc.

I bought 2 of these for my wife, because when it's cold, she sometimes has to cut things short when outside activities are involved. . With one in each pocket, the cold doesn't hinder her ability to be outside for a couple of hours.

I got to use this one time and it lasted 2 hours and now won’t work at all. It won’t do anything, won’t charge, won’t warm, lights won’t even come on now. Sadly my return date passed since I didn’t have to use it until it got cold recently.I feel like I got scammed out of my money!
