2 Hottips Mini Portable Power Bank Chargers for Cell Phones and Other Devices - Available in 4 Colors (Purple)

It appears the chargers themselves may be fine, but the tiny USB cables are either out of spec or defective. Identified the problem with some simple troubleshooting with known good items with the charger. I haven't had them long enough to know how well the batteries keep their charge.

I don't know why these don't have a higher rating! I bought them in black and white and absolutely love them so far. They've charged my phone and iPad, and still had a lot of juice to charge more. I will be purchasing them again to give as gifts!
