Nature Restore USDA Certified Organic Kale Powder, Non-GMO (8 Ounces), Perfect for Shakes, Greens Superfood Blends

I have no problem getting my family to eat vegetables, however I am always looking for ways to incorporate more. I added a couple tsps to my chocolate avocado pudding last week and my family and I didn't even taste the kale. I think this kale powder would be a great way for moms (and wives) of picky eaters to incorporate veggies into their family members food. I love how easy it is to add a bit of this powder into smoothies or pudding and increase the nutrients my family members and I get in a day. The powder is fine and not grainy. The powder had a strong scent but I didn't notice it once it was mixed with other foods.

Exactly what I wanted, just plain kale powder. Taste is good. I have been mixing it with other things and have just drank it plain. I do like the flavor. Will buy again.

I was surprised at how good the flavor is. I've added it to pesto sauce, a little to dark cake mixes for extra vitamins, soups. I have purchased this twice. A little goes a long way to improve the nutrition of your recipes. Good to have in your pantry for additions.

This product I believe is helping with my chronic constipation. I mix this: 4 parts psyllium, 2 parts potato starch, and one part Kale. I started with 1 tsp. then slowly increased to 1 tablespoon. I was told I could take as much as 3 Tbsp. I mix this with 6-8 ounces of water and follow with at least another 4 ounces of water. I also take one Probiotic 3 with the mixture. Must admit I also take an ounce of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with 4 ounces of water every day before breakfast.

I put this in my daily smoothie! Fabulous way to get my greens!

I’ve used almost the whole bag. Nice, moderate green taste kale taste. Doesn’t overpower other elements of my other power smoothie. My bag had some slight clumps in it, I messaged them and they told me it’s because there’s no fillers or dextrin added to the powder. I didn’t know other brands use fillers, so I’m sticking with their kale powder from now on.

Tastes great. I gave 4 stars because the information on the bag was incomplete and the weight not on the bag. The shipping weight was listed at 6+ ounces, not 8 or more. Also I found a less expensive product for a pound bag.
