Tastes awful
This tastes just awful, you can't even hide the taste by piling on the fixings. I normally purchase Schar gluten free bread for half the price. It's made in Europe, where they actually ban questionable ingredients, so clearly it's possible to make gluten free bread without horrible ingredients that actually tastes good. Perhaps it costs so much to make up for the fact that no one ever makes a second purchase.

BEST GF, YF, DF Bread; but so hard to find!
Best GF, YF, DF bread yet. Some tips Ive come across that may help: heat 30 sec. per slice in microwave prior to using, 45 sec. per 2 slices. If you are toasting, this also helps unless you have a frozen option on your toaster (such as the Breville~love~) .I also find it important to re-slice each new loaf & slip back in bag being the slices tend to rip/break if I don't, leading to the occasional wasted slices. Being they are frozen, if there is ice accumulation in the bag, shake out excess and slip a paper towel in with the bread and refrigerate opened loaf to prolong life. Also, eat fairly quickly after you've prepped your meal, because unlike other breads, it tends to harden up after a few minutes after you plate it. Sounds like a lot, but its a small price to pay to be able to eat bread that tastes this good again.

Best bread ever for someone who is not able to eat yeast!
I love this bread. I'm allergic to yeast, gluten etc. After you toast this bread it tastes delicious. I'm having a difficult time finding it. It's the only bread I can eat!
