NUKSuction Bowl and Lid

Good size bowl. About 3”x3” in size. The lid fits well. The suction is great. The only thing I’d like better was if the suction ring would come off so I could clean that part of the bowl easier. But I’d still buy these again. Now I don’t use them every day because they are for when my granddaughter visits. With daily use, the suction may deteriorate more quickly.

I really like these bowls but I wish the suction was better, it doesn’t stick to my high chair table.

They do not suction at all. I tried them on my grandsons high chair which is where I needed them most (he’s in to throwing everything!) and it didn’t work at all. I tried getting the suction part a little damp so it would stick and still didn’t work so I thought maybe it just wouldn’t work on that type of material the high chair tray was made of (which is just plastic I’m assuming) anyway, I tried it on our countertops & bar as well. Nothing. The only thing it will start to stick to is metal. When I put it in the sink to wash it it would stick to the metal part of the sink. So if you happen to have a metal tray to your high chair or table where you feed your toddler…..lol I still use the bowls just because they’re cute so if you don’t care if they suction or not then get them. They hold up good. But if you’re like me and looking for a bowl that will suction then keep searching. I know the bamboo wooden bowl with the colored suction ring on bottom works really well that I’ve ordered from Amazon however I don’t know the brand right off. They are a little steep around $19.99 per bowl but they work.

Measure size of container is perfect serving size for my 3 year old exactly what I was looking for to pack his lunch and heat up while in daycare. Although the lids on both containers don’t close as well as it should. Haven’t trusted enough to put food item containing broth afraid may spill and lunch bag be a mess. Perfect size, durability is great and bottom grip sticks to table.

Great bowls. Suction works, love the lids for easy storage when toddler doesn’t finish his meal in the first sitting. Good for snacks too. Dishwasher safe.

I got these for when I take care of my nephew who is 3 and autistic. He doesn't scoop his food well and I thought this would help. But it doesn't suction easily and when it does, it comes undone with a tap or even by itself. I used a smooth surface so and there was nothing that would have kept it from sticking. I got a few plates with suctions as well, and those work perfectly.

It's great that it comes with a lid but the bowls have terrible suction power. Even if you add a bit of water to help, the suction only lasts a minute or 2 which is extremely unhelpful when you have a baby learning to eat or wanting to pushing everything around. To add to insult, the bowls are pretty light so even an accidental tap from you can tip the contents over.

Tot doesn't feel like eating what you made tonight, but might reconsider later? These are the bowls for you. My favorite bowls so far for snacks and meals. The square sides are easier for my 18 month old to spoon food up and out. The suction is strong enough for him to actually succeed at it too, which I think encourages him using the spoon. The suction is also helpful when he wants to try and push the bowl away. He can pry it up with effort though. The lids are really tight, and I find myself putting his lunches in the fridge for later all the time and not worrying so much about waste.The only downside I have noted so far was when I tried to reheat something in the microwave and it left those tupperware-ish white plastic 'scorch?' marks that you can't clean off. The dishwasher has never damaged them, but I do avoid the microwave.Best bowls to have for a 1-2 year old.

Great for food storage & suction for toddlers, would definitely recommend!

These bowls are hard to open without spilling contents. The suction on them doesn't even work for two seconds.... They MIGHT work on a glass surface but we have kids so we don't have any to test on. They're cute, though, I guess.

While I love the style of these bowls and the fact that they have lids, they do NOT suction well at ALL, which really defeats the whole purpose. I stuck one on my one year old's tray, turned around for a second and when I turned back she had it completely upside down. Pasta everywhere. Also, they stain very very easily. The blue bowl is now a nasty orangey-brown colour on the inside from just one meal, even after several scrubbings and rounds in the dishwasher. Not worth the ridiculously long wait or the money in my opinion.

These bowls do not suction. I made sure to properly clean the surface I was setting it on and it still won’t stick well. Also, when taking off the lids, they often push into the dish resulting in food splashing all over yourself.
