Geryon unlike other vaccum seal bags IS textured / embossed on BOTH sides by which is meant the internal side of both pieces of the roll or bag thus making a far superior product to other vaccuum seal rolls or bags - which also is reflected in the price. They are worth it because they hold their vaccuum in sous vide & in the freezer far, far better than any other product of its kind. Despite the claim & the price these are the regular one side embossed rolls.
