Super thin. This may have been in the product specs but for some reason I thought they’d be more durable. Definitely won’t last in the kitchen more than a year with regular use. May be good for camping. You get what you pay for in this case. :)

Lightweight and So Easy to Clean
Have been looking for some nice flexible cutting boards - these are wonderful. Especially like that you get two different colors. Clean up is a breeze. Just washed mine off when they arrived and started using them.
