Good product
We use open crates like this for bedtime for our puppies. This is the 4th one we’ve purchased- yep we have 4 small dogs. This size we use for Lhasa Apso dogs. Easy to keep clean. Easy to put puppies to be at night with the topless style. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re dog can jump high - or they could jump out.

Roof did not fit, company did not respond to calls or email.
This had the potential be a great alternative to the ugly black crates. It was easy to put together, and it looked nice. Unfortunately, the roof to this one did not fit properly. We tried calling the company and leaving messages but no return call from them. We tried email with the same results. After several weeks, we contacted Amazon for return as we could not use it without a roof.Amazon could not get a replacement and suggested returning it. The first Amazon rep emailed us a return label and instructed us to take it to any UPS store; Amazon policy in this case was to reimburse the shipping,It’s a good thing we checked the UPS shipping calculator before lugging the large, heavy box there. The cost was going to be over $300 to ship it to England! as per the shipping label.I called Amazon again and this agent said the first rep was wrong and the return label was wrong! We would have been out over $300 out of pocket if we had followed through with the first agent’s instructions.All told, this crate turned into a fiasco and disaster just because the company never replied regarding the roof.If you want an open top pen, this is one is really very nice. But if you require it be enclosed, unfortunately this one cannot be recommended.

This playpen is a must for puppies!
This playpen is fantastic! I've been using it for two years for my toy poodle puppies. I don't have to worry about leaks on the floor. It's super cute, sturdy, easy to set up and clean. I love it!
