As others have stated in other reviews the bed doesn't expand full to 12 inches(10-11). I bought it knowing that and was ok with that. The bed has an issue basically along the line where it's was folded in half and vacuum sealed. It is not visually noticeable when looking at the bed, however when you lay in it the is a bit of a sink hole almost dead center and makes for a uncomfortable sleep. If you lay along the edge of the bed, head or foot it is quite comfortable and no issue. I bought the hybrid bed because this issue I'm describing or atleast I thought was confined to an all memory foam...boy was I wrong! Additionally, I have a brand new mattress topper to compliment the bed and I can still feel it so it would be even worse if I removed it. I am very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend it until they can come up with a fix if that's even possible.

The delivery box came torn up, I left the mattress for 2 days to see if any difference still feel the coils did not relieve any pain.

Relatively easy to install. Don’t tighten the bolts until ready to lay the wooden slats. Once you know they fit well, tighten and adjust as needed.

I suffer from a bad lower back and after a couple days of sleeping on this my back no longer aches or wakes me. It's pretty firm for a medium mattress but I like a firm bed. Well worth the money.

Not comfortable at all...very disappointed....going back to the green tea cooling. One... We got a queen size bed frame... My boyfriend said he didn't like the green tea...which I loved but I was trying to help him...and hehates this mattress worse

Super comfortable mattress. No issues with shipping and received in perfect condition. Pretty weird that it comes compressed but then a day later is a full size mattress, but also really useful and user friendly.Has the best sleep last night I’ve had in a long time.

Great quality. It’s more medium than firm. Box was a little beat up when it arrived but no damage at all to the mattress. It expanded fully in about 3–4 days. Get on the zinus website when you get the mattress and register for that warranty.

This mattress is exactly what they advertise!! spring with ample foam on top for a nice comfort. We are super pleased with this mattress and are actually buying a second one for our guest room trundle bed. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a lower profile mattress that still offers comfort.
